After-School Enrichment

Many local children count on the Children’s Library for expanded learning sessions every day.

Located on the ground floor of the Central Library, the Children’s Library is a flourishing center of community learning, play, and exploration, providing one-on-one guidance, academic tutoring, and technological support, open to all young students.

The Children’s Library is also a center for bilingual Spanish-English literacy where hundreds of bilingual books are available to young readers and their families. Library staff and volunteers draw on Children’s Library resources to open doors to academic success for local children of all backgrounds and learning abilities.
